Ok, so I know I promised cool pics and juice recipes.  So I’ve got the recipes, but the cool pix I’m going to have to come back and update a little later.

So here are the two juices I’ve been drinking and loving this week.

Spicy Green Juice

  • 1 Cucumber
  • 4 stalks of Celery
  • 3 Fist Fulls of Kale or Spinach
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 Piece of Ginger root (size of half of index finger; more for spicier taste)

Makes about 24oz.

Tropical Carrot Spice Juice

  • 5-6 Medium Carrots (or 3 large ones)
  • 1 Medium Apple
  • Large chunks of Pineapple
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 Piece of Ginger root (size of half of index finger; more for spicier taste)

Makes about 18oz.
